Wines that are more
than the sum of their parts
Terre di Cerealto is the first estate in the Veneto region to plant resistant grape varieties. Two high-quality white varieties, with particular characteristics that come together in a blend that brings out all the potential and aromaticity of Bronner and the finesse and character of Johanniter.
Soft pressing and naturally low fermentation temperatures create fragrant and lively wines. Long contact with lees conveys consistency and creaminess. Malo-lactic fermentation, which is unusual for white wines, contributes to sensory complexity and to creating wines with a great evolutionary potential.
